RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

- All connectors and power adapters are original products of our company.
- All connections are properly connected and there are no loose or bad contact images.
- In addition to the free drive operating system, the touch screen driver version is the correct version provided by our company's technical personnel after confirmation.
- If you update your operating system, make sure the new operating system supports your hardware.
- Ensure that the products are used within the operating temperature range described in the specification (standard operating temperature 0-40 degrees).
- Ensure that the product is used in the air convection, well ventilated application environment (standard working humidity -20%-80%).
- If you are only using your own touch monitor, make sure the host is set to the best resolution for your touch monitor.
