RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

  1. All connectors and power adapters are original products of our company.
  2. All connections are properly connected and there are no loose or bad contact images.
  3. In addition to the free drive operating system, the touch screen driver version is the correct version provided by our company's technical personnel after confirmation.
  4. If you update your operating system, make sure the new operating system supports your hardware.
  5. Ensure that the products are used within the operating temperature range described in the specification (standard operating temperature 0-40 degrees).
  6. Ensure that the product is used in the air convection, well ventilated application environment (standard working humidity -20%-80%).
  7. If you are only using your own touch monitor, make sure the host is set to the best resolution for your touch monitor.
