TOUCH ISSUES

Please make sure your host supports touch screen peripherals, or

Confirm the monitor is connected to your computer by USB cable(we provided the accessory with monitor), or

re-plug USB cable on the computer side and try again, or

Open device Manager to check whether touch screen hardware is found, or

try connecting to another computer.

Ensure that the surface of the touch screen is clean, no oil, dirt, etc., no scratches

Install the touch screen driver correctly

Open the touch screen calibration tool and calibrate carefully

Whether there is a large magnetic field, signal and other interference factors around the machine

Make sure your display resolution is within the range your computer allows.

For projecting capacitor screen, you only need to open the calibration program of touch input in WINDOWS system Settings for re-calibration (for other systems, you need to consult our technical service support personnel).

The resistance or touch screen should be re-calibrated by the calibration program provided by our company.

Make sure the glass surface is free of foreign matter or is clean, or

Check whether there is electromagnetic interference nearby, or

Make sure it is at a stable current.

  1. Resistance and meter wave touch screen only support single point.
  2. The capacitive screen and infrared screen support 10 points, and can also be set to a single point.

DISPLAY PROBLEMS

1.Confirm touch monitor is connected by HDMI or VGE cable

2.Computer is on.

  1. Check that the power adapter is properly connected.
  2. Verify that the power adapter LED is working properly.
  3. Use buttons to adjust brightness.

  1. If the POWER LED indicator blinks, the monitor or the host may be in hibernation state.
  2. Check whether the signal cable is connected or loose.

  1. The detection signal cable is fully connected with the signal port of the display
  2. Check if there is magnetized electrical equipment nearby

  1. Adjust your computer resolution/timing mode to allow.
  2. Use the automatic adjustment function in the key.

Adjust the resolution of your computer to the acceptable range.

Check whether the key lock function is enabled.

MOTHERBOARD ISSUES

  1. Check whether the LED indicator of the power adapter is normal.
  2. Check whether the SWITCH key LED light is normal.
  3. Reinstall the system using the system disk.

Close the antivirus software.

  1. Too much dust accumulates on the mainboard.
  2. More than 70% of the mainboard memory is insufficient.
  3. Use for a long time, causing the motherboard to overheat.
  4. Disable unnecessary boot options.
  5. Carry out virus removal regularly.

  1. Check for virus infection.
  2. Check whether the hard disk has bad tracks.
  3. Check whether the CPU overheats and the mainboard enters the protection mode.
