How to request a return material authorization (RMA)
Before you begin you will need:
- The serial number.
- Ship to address where you want the repaired unit returned.
- Your information(Your full name, company name).
RMA Request Process
1. Contact Customer Support or Visit the RMA Request Page
- Contact the customer support department via email or phone.
- Alternatively, visit the manufacturer's or authorized service center and locate the RMA request page to begin: http://www.tdstouch.com/support/rmas/create.
- Whichever method you choose, please provide the following information:
- Your product information, including the serial number, model, and purchase date.
- A description of the issue you are experiencing.
2. Submit an RMA Request
- If you choose to contact customer support, they will guide you through the RMA request process.
- If you visit the RMA request page, follow the instructions on the page.
- You will receive an RMA number to track your RMA request.
3. Return the Product
- Return your product to the manufacturer or authorized service center.
- Be sure to include your RMA form and RMA number with the return shipment.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return the product.
4. Wait for Repair or Replacement
- The manufacturer or authorized service center will inspect your product.
- If your product is under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- If your product is out of warranty, you may need to pay a repair or replacement fee.
5. Receive the Repaired or Replaced Product
Once your product has been repaired or replaced, you will receive a notification from the manufacturer or authorized service center.
You will receive the repaired or replaced product.
Here are some things to keep in mind when submitting an RMA request:
- Make sure your product is under warranty before submitting an RMA request.
- Carefully read the RMA application form and make sure all the information you provide is accurate.
- Back up your data before returning the product.
- Keep your RMA related documents for future reference.
